Swedish Meatballs


Ground turkey
Salt and pepper
Green pepper
Red pepper
Oinons
Garlic
Can of cream of mushroom soup (i prefer the one with garlic and mushrooms)


1. Mix one can soup with one can water mix until smooth
2. Form ground turkey into balls and cook until brown in center
3. After all balls are cooked, return them to the skillet
4. Add the soup mixture to skillet
5. Lower heat and simmer until thick

Serve over mashed potatoes.

Notes:
I prefer the cast iron skillet, it cooks evenly and has good seasoning.
If you can't get the garlic soup add garlic to the ground turkey 1/2 teaspoon

BBQ'ed Salmon

johnny cakes
1/4 c pancake mix
3/4 c corn meal
1 egg
1 c milk
3 tbsp sugar
chives
1 jalepeno
3 tbsp corn

barbeque salmon
salmon
butter
salt
pepper
white wine
garlic
sweet baby ray bbq sauce

guacomole
avocado
tomoato salsa
lime
salt

3) johnny cakes
mix all the ingredients and pan fry in vegetable oil.

2) barbequed salmon
season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic.
cook on the skin side until 75% of the salmon is cooked.
turn the salmon over and add butter to the pan.
add the chardonay and let the salmon cook all the way through.
drizzle with barbeque sauce.

1) guacomole
Add avocado to tamatoe salsa.
add a pinch of salt.
add half lime juice.

Spaghetti

1 package of smoke sausage (diced)
1package of ground turkey or beef
Green pepper
Onion
2 garlic cloves
Olives (optional)
1 large jar of red sauce (I like cheese and garlic flavored)
Ketchup
1 can of tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 box of noodles

1. Cook the meat in green peppers, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Pour the paste and sauce in a pot.
3. Squeeze in 1/2 cup of ketchup
4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic power.
5. Throw in any extra fresh garlic.
6. Add meat to paste.
7. Stir and let simmer.
8. Combine meat to cooked noodles.

Serve with Garlic bread.

Bacon Wraps


1 package of bacon (turkey or pork)
4 boneless chicken breast
1 package of cream cheese
green onions
paprika
Toothpicks

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips the length and width of the bacon.
2. Spread the cream cheese across the entire chicken strip.
3. Spread the green onions on top of the cream cheese.
4. Spread the paprika.
5. Place the bacon on the counter and the chicken on top.
6. Roll the chicken and the bacon into a ball.
7. Place a toothpick through the ball
8. Bake in the oven on 400 until chicken is cooked!
